Early Childhood Intervention is a statewide system of services and support provided to eligible children, ages birth to five, and their families, as required by IDEA.
Personnel includes all personnel categories providing IDEA Part C and Part B services.

Each eligible infant and young child and their family will have opportunities to access and fully participate in individualized and effective early childhood intervention services that are responsive and appropriate to their needs, delivered by qualified, competent, and interdisciplinary faculty, administrators, and practitioners, in the home, and programs and places where typically developing young children play and learn, and result in improved child and family outcomes.
